Emmanuel Development Community Centre Inc., is an organization consisting of a group of dedicated and conscientious Personnel and Professionals who work alongside Apostle Innocent E. M. Edoh as its Founder and President.
This Outreach Mission currently functions within the confine of the Countries of Nigeria, Italy, and currently in Canada. This Outreach Mission is a place where the less privileged without hope of a future are fed, housed, clothed, educated and given a chance to live out their dreams.
Our Main Focuses are specifically on Restorative Services, Various Community Programs, counselling and the operation of a Charitable Organization.
The Founder and President, Apostle Innocent Edoh is well known for his community outreach programs that help to set people free from fear, depression, oppression counselling sessions, financial, social assistance and other community outreach programs, and has been operating in Toronto, Canada since March 2016.
Through these rehabilitation, counselling sessions and charitable work we are motivated by the Love of God to demonstrate this love to people around the world, so they in turn can become effective contributors effecting positive changes in the lives of others, such as:
- Individuals with Psychological Problems: - We are conscious of the fact that people are faced with various personal challenges that sometimes require non-medicinal solutions. This includes depression, mental health and suicidal thoughts; Personal/Professional crises such as Divorce, Unemployment, and Drug Addictions and so on. The Apostle believes that these individuals are psychologically captivated and are in need of help and Spiritual guidance.
- We also believe that Individuals who are less fortunate and are challenged financially, especially those such a New or Undocumented immigrants in Canada without jobs and are being faced with much difficulties in finding a home to settle and sometimes are faced with other various challenges, such as, the language barriers they have encountered and are faced with; those such as the Poor and less fortunate individuals who are faced with various debts and legal problems and on the other hand, there are those who are Homeless and living on the streets and are in great distress, are in need of hope, comfort and care.
- Individuals with Critical Health Illnesses/Issues - HIV/ AIDS - Cancer and other Terminal Illnesses - Individuals who have tried all medical options and still not cured, are also at the very ethos of our focus and mission.
- Youths Under the age 25 (Vulnerable Youths) - Youths falling to peer pressure or lack of parental guidance - Youths who have made mistakes and feel trapped - Those struggling with financial issues - Unwed young mothers - Access to drugs and alcohol – with No spiritual guidance are also our prime target and responsibility.
- Individuals who are currently or previously incarcerated – are in need of rehabilitation, therefore, our programs seek to Develop and Accommodate funding to build a Developmental Community Centre with a building capable of housing, providing training rooms and conference space which will offer a holistic approach in servicing our community.
Innocent Hope Development Community Centre Inc., will also house;, Dorms, Rehabilitation Centre, Job services, Assessments Sessions, Tiered selection and graduation, Partnerships with Prisons, Schools and Hospitals to help rehabilitate these individuals in order to prevent incarceration and present a better alternative lifestyle, plans and activities to each of these individuals
Our rapid and expansional growth has prompted us to enhanced, promote, expedite and take our Vision and Mission to the next level in expanding our community services, while in the process of acquiring a facility to accommodate and nurture our community projects, which includes the activities of our dreams and plans for our youths, elderlies and the disadvantaged in our community.
The Vision and Mission of Innocent Hope Development Community Centre Inc., has established and nurtured various branches in Italy, Nigeria, the USA and now here in Canada.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT: WE HAVE INITIATED PLANS THAT WILL HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR COMMUITY, THOUGH THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:
1) SPECIALIZED COUNSELING – MANDATED TO PREVENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND VIOLENCE AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUTH.
2) AFTER SCHOOL REMEDIATION PROGRAMS – OUR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOCUSES ON A STRONG ESSENTIAL FOUNDATION THROUGH EDUCATION, COMPUTER SKILLS, PERFORMING ARTS, CREATIVE WRITING, EXTRA-CURRICULAR AND AFTER SCHOOL REMEDIATION.
3) HELPING NEW IMMIGRANTS – SUPPORT TO NEW AND EMERGING GROUPS WITH ASSISTANCE IN COMPLETING FORMS AND APPLICATIONS, TEMPORARY SHELTER, FOOD, CLOTHING AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT COMMUNITY SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.
4) SENIORS CONNECTION OUTREACH- ENGAGING SENIORS IN ACTIVITIES: HEALTH INITIATIVES, EXERCISE, NUTRITION, SAFETY MEASURES AND COMPUTER LITERACY.
WOMEN IN DISTRESS OUTREACH- PROVIDE PHYSICAL AND MATERIAL SUPPORT FOR DISTRESSED, PREGNANT, RAPED OR ABUSED WOMEN

- SENIORS CONNECTION OUTREACH: WE WILL TRANSPORT SENIORS TO INTERACT WITH OTHER SENIORS, ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES HEALTH INITIATIVES, EXERCISE, NUTRITION, SAFETY MEASURES AND COMPUTER LITERACY.
- WOMEN IN DISTRESS; BIG SISTER OUTREACH: PROVIDE PHYSICAL AND MATERIAL SUPPORT FOR WOMEN IN DISTRESS, PREGNANT, RAPED OR ABUSED IN ANY WAY.
- YOUTH OUTREACH: DEVELOPING THE YOUTH TO THRIVE TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. OFFER SPECIALIZED PROGRAM WHICH INVOLVES MENTORING, COUNSELING, RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, LIFE-SKILLS, FORMAL ETIQUETTE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD THEIR FUTURE.
- HIGHER LEARNING EXTRA-CURRICULAR AND REMEDIATION SCHOOL: TEACH COMPUTER SKILLS, PERFORMING ARTS, CREATIVE WRITING, EXTRA-CURRICULAR AND AFTER SCHOOL REMEDIATION PROGRAM.
MISSION FOCUS/OUTCOME:
1) THE YOUTH PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FOSTER REDUCTION IN VIOLENCE, TEENAGE PREGNANCY, DRUG ABUSE AND PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHOICES AMONG YOUTH.
OUR MEASURABLE INDICATOR(S) WILL DETERMINE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN ACHIEVING THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED OUTCOME?
SCORES OF YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS PROGRAM OVER THE PAST 30 YEARS, SOME OF WHOM ARE NOW PRODUCTIVE PROFESSIONAL CITIZENS. LAST YEAR THERE HAS BEEN 20% AN INCREASE IN REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS SPECIFIC PROGRAM.
2) AFTER SCHOOL REMEDIATION PROGRAMS - IS UNIQUELY POISED TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE SEE THEMSELVES AS LEARNERS IN AN INFORMAL HANDS-ON LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. THIS PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY BRINGS PARENTS, TEACHERS, THE CHURCH, SCHOOLS AND THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER.

THE INCREASE IN ENROLLMENT FROM TIME TO TIME, AND THE PARTICIPATION AND COLLABORATION OF THE STUDENTS, PARENTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
3) WE ASSIST NEWCOMERS IN DEVELOPING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT LEAD TO INDEPENDENCE AND CONTRIBUTE TO COMMUNITY LIFE.

4) MORE FAVORABLE OVERALL PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL / EMOTIONAL HEALTH, AND FEWER ACTIVITY IMPAIRMENTS, TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE AND REDUCE THE BURDEN ASSOCIATED WITH DECLINING HEALTH AND FUNCTIONING AS THEY AGED.
OUR MEASURABLE INDICATOR(S) WILL DETERMINE THAT WE HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN ACHIEVING THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED OUTCOME WILL BE THROUGH SOCIAL INTERACTIONS HAVE BEEN SHOWN TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH POSITIVE PHYSIOLOGICAL BENEFITS THAT CAN PROMOTE BETTER HEALTH OUTCOME. BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE HELPS SENIORS TO STRENGTHEN BONES AND MUSCLES, IMPROVE THEIR ABILITY TO DO DAILY ACTIVITIES, PREVENT FALLS, REDUCE THE RISK OF DEPRESSION, CONTROL WEIGHT, AND INCREASE LIFE EXPECTANCY
THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AND ITS MEMBERS WILL BE GREATLY BENEFITED FROM THESE PROGRAMS, AS THE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AND GEARED TOWARDS VARIOUS AGE GROUP OF THE COMMUNITY TO IMPROVE, EQUIP, TRAIN, EDUCATE AND EMPOWER ITS MEMBERS.
